We can pick you up at your Hotel, AirBnB or Location and take you to the departure of the service, and take you back when you finish. (Only available in the south of Grancanaria - From Mogán To San Agustin)


If you prefer to stay longer in the location of the Activity after you finish we can arrange a later pickup or you can make your own way back.


You can bring passengers that dont participate in the activity (Not Included in the price) to the location of your service & bring them back - for example if they want to wait on the beach while you participate in the activity.


Or you can go directly to the service with your vehicle or by public transport (information on where to park, where to go & public transport times provided by our team). If you require we can arrange a taxi or provide you with bus times and prices (not included in the price).


We send you a digital confirmation ticket by whatsapp or email with all necessary information (pick up time, arrival time, name of service, number of participants, link to location of service, contact, how much has been paid & how much is remaining to be paid) that ticket must be presented on the day to the driver or on the location of the site of your service.


To make the reservation you pay a deposit, the rest of the total is to be paid on the day at the location of the service.


While its very common to see Dolphins all year round ocasionally Whales, Turtles & Flying fish, the guarantee is that if you dont see them you get a free ticket to go for 2 hours on another day of your choice (pickup included).

If due to bad weather, or any other reason, your activity is cancelled we offer a refund, or if you prefer, a reschedule of the date of the activity , you can also change for another activity that is available.


If its available you can change the date of your reservation for free up to 24 hours before the day.
